WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Front Office employee, you will take care of our guests with:

  • A warm and personal welcome, conveying the special hotel feeling;
  • Sincere attention, finding surprising ways to make the guest's stay even more enjoyable;
  • Relieving our guests, ensuring they lack nothing;
  • Providing guests with breakfast in the morning and performing preparatory and concluding tasks;
  • Providing room service to our guests upon request;
  • Conducting quality checks (randomly) of the rooms;
  • Following the Guest Journey for our guests;
  • Checking guests in and out using the reservation system;
  • Answering and transferring phone calls;
  • Administrative tasks such as drafting, responding to, and sending emails;
  • Receiving and passing on guest wishes, complaints, and/or other messages;
  • Processing reservations in the reservation system;
  • Financial accountability during shift handover for payments made;
  • Financial administration, such as correctly closing accounts, processing corrections on accounts, checking card payments, etc.

  • Salary based on pay scale 3 or 4 (depending on age and experience) from the hospitality collective labor agreement;
